I've had Katawa Shoujou on my radar for a while now. Still have had the time to play it though.

Not joking, but Pokemon Emerald. Right at the end, when you see your protagonist riding their bike home after going all that way-- it always brings a tear to my eyes. https://youtu.be/7tEelG9FjXM Also, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of times ending.
