Again, championship skins are the ones you pay for. Nobody is getting them for free by getting gold. Look for the victorious skins as the reward.

Victorious skins are chosen by which champion has had the most impact in the whole season. I haven't been paying attention to who's been played a lot this season. hoping that his seasons skins is better then last seasons. Last season's was disappointing compared to Morgana's victories skin.

"Arguably" which one had the most impact. They haven't shared their real method of choosing. They likely had to choose by at least 3 months ago, so it would be based on older stats. They also try to make it for a different role each time. Probably a mid-laner this time? *sigh* It'll probably be something cool to make up for last year. Better start grinding up my other 3 accounts.

No, They haven't but thats what its been based on. Same with the New Challenger skins. No clue how they chose those skins at all.
