One personal favorite has to be shadow of the colossus. To touch lightly on the soundtrack. The opened way is the initial first boss theme of the game and presents the combat pretty nicely once you manage to exploit the colossus weakness. Along with a despair filled fairwell that takes place on the bird colossus.
