Yes! You got it. It's pretty funny how I picked up on that and never let go of the memory. I was a really small kid, and this was before the ruling that free music was illegal so I still had Kazaa and Limewire... Someone had remixed his speech and turned it into an acid/techno beat, and I must have liked it, because all I remember is replaying that catchphrase in the remix. o.O
