A REST API for accessing the site might be nice. As is, it's not all that easy to use on mobile devices, and is definitely lacking in creature comforts: being able to write an app would likely improve upon that?

I thought of something that might work regarding animated Gifs. Perhaps if I were to put the gif on another site then have a link here on, for example, where my avatar is.
