fuck joe rogan so massively and his lies and misinformation i dont fully support deplatforming someone for their personal beliefs, but misinformation should 100% be deplatformable. 600 THOUSAND dead americans. spreading provably false and dangerous misinformation should have consequences, there should be accountability applied to this dangerous shit. ugh
hell_hound7
Is someone gonna tell her about Dr.Fauci saying not to wear masks at the start of the pandemic?
hell_hound7
And totally like the left to call for someone being deplatformed. Whether its the wrong opinion or the wrong information i still feel like people should have the right to say whatever they feel. We need to hold people accountable for their own actions. If they chose to stay unvaccinated and die that was THEIR choice, if they choose to listen to joe rogan that is THEIR choice. No one forces anyone to do anything. Is it sad that someone dies? Yeah but like other people shouldnt be responsible for your decision. Especially when you didnt do any research on it/take precautionary measures.

My issue comes from people being silenced and deplatform for saying something but other run wild spouting shit left and right and they are invincible. Revered as gods, the absolute truth. Its braindead af.

scientists not fully understanding a novel virus does not equal people purposefully misinterpreting studies for their own agenda my guy

The left's new boogyman. Spooky.

If you dont understand a virus and put information out there that can get people killed thats basically the same thing. My thing is, when these science organizations say something they need to start telling people to talk to their doctor. You might think they are the experts but they arent the expert. They only know stuff about the virus and how it affects the body. Your doctor knows more about your body than they do. A good doctor will be well informed and give you their opinion and if that doesnt work for you. You can get a second opinion.

We know the vaccines do not prevent the spread of the virus. < This should be the end of any discussion about people getting vaccinated. So instead of telling people that they need to get vaccinated, that energy should be spent on talking about exposure probabilities and prevention. Why? Because we know the vaccines do not prevent the spread of the virus. Logic, not agenda.

I forget what feed I saw it on. Admittedly I only saw the headline and an excerpt, but someone (Fauci?) was attempting to claim that the vaccine somehow prevents the virus from mutating further. That would be a reason to continue encouraging it. Not that I subscribe to that claim.
hell_hound7
The vaccine prevents it from mutating in what way? I find that highly unlikely, this virus is the new flu basically. It will mutate vaccine or not. We have multiple strands as it is. The one from africa and then the one from UK and one from wuhan.
