That would be ideal but helpful information changes all the time. You have a good portion of guys believing in NoFap. Whether you agree or not they're still people. While I don't buy into it, you never know if something new is discovered supporting their ideas. I'm just using that scenario as an example btw. Also, it's okay to play. @Ruby it's a part of male sexuality which has a lot of ups and downs. Men get criticism for being too sexual or aggressive but if a guy is shy without showing an obvious interest in sex he gets labeled as a creep or weirdo. It's a strange balancing act we've made. Edit: not to disregard or compare to women's sexuality. They both got their woes.
