Questions about loneliness

so should i seek help? because talking about it with someone seems embarrassing to me :( also i am quite shy and introverted (introverted in the sense that if i am out with friends i get suuuper tired even though i am not bored)

In my opinion, if you are nervous to seek help, which I totally understand, you should try conversing with a friend or maybe trying some self help things? Just speaking from person experience, I used to be super afraid to seek help (I am also very easily embarrassed and I didn't want people to know why I felt how I felt). Again, only you know what is best for you. Maybe you can work up to seeking counseling eventually! I never went to counseling but I probably should have because I don't think it would have been as bad as I thought it would be.

Bro its not embarassing at all, nobody will view you badly just because you're depressed. Its quite the opposite, people might try to reach out to you, but they won't unless you open up first.

I think you're lying to yourself. Take the test again but be 100% honest with yourself

Depression is a spectrum really. Some people have it really badly (like I did) and some people only have mild depression. So although you only got 2/5 signs, you could still have it but in a lower amount.

Yeah, that is definitely depression. I would recommend you go to a therapist or at least talk to someone. Sometimes when you bottle up your feelings or don't deal with things, it only bleeds over into other areas of your life.
