As for weed, it makes me pass out and super paranoid, maaaaaan(EVERY stinking time.). Yes, that's what I want when I want to remember something. /s Every person I ever knew while growing up who smoked on a daily basis, yeah, I couldn't rely on them to remember shit. However, there are most definitely other medical benefits, but the majority do not smoke or eat edibles for anything remotely medical.

@Daggerfella I think I may definitely look into the oils you mentioned. I've actually taken a lot of the same steps like cutting out soda, switching to tea from coffee, quitting weed (though I never did a lot to begin with and the reason was more for employability reasons).

Thanks for sharing guys, I'm going to say no on drugs. I avoid coffee as well as it makes me nervous.Right now I sleep at 1am,.We have cheap green tea here, I'm not sure if that has any positive effect. Is it safe to take fish oil even without a doctor's prescription? I don't think I have add or adhd, but I do notice that my father my brother and myself tend to forget things. And I hate noisy people at work and very bright lights, it's very distracting.

Average attention span is 5-20 minutes, so if yours is anywhere near that then you dont need to worry you are normal! If at all you feel like your attention span is getting worse, then avoid drugs/alcohol and most of all start meditation. And its safe to take fish oil without doctor's prescription, unless u get weird harmfull effects u wont have to go to the doc for fish oil.
