Are All Men Truly Perverts?

sir_loligagger_faded_face
Any blanket statement made about individuals as if they are a collection is not going to stick well or hold up in reality. Yes, men are programmed to be sexually promiscuous and that is not a bad thing it just means they have the key chemical that makes them men. Testosterone is the drive for men to not only want sex but to do almost anything to achieve sexual and genetic expansion. Men are also more likely to express themselves openly about things that upset them and not passive-aggressively talk shit. This is not however true for all men as there are a few soy-boys and low testosterone guys that act and behave like women. You also need to get into the manner in which the persons conducts themselves in public and in privet when with a close one. You need to understand their quirks and behavior and reasons for said behaviors. Some are born with them and others adopt them or learn them from experience. There are going to be things that both men and women will hate when encountering the opposite and same sex. Most are harmless and just small annoyances amplified by the observer's perception. I would recommend that you and others view people as individuals and not as a collection and you will see the person without the last person smudges. Freshperson = fresh start. There will always be something you hate in others as people are not perfect and the fact that you or others even dislike something about others is proof of that as it makes you imperfect. Better your self and others by being less controlling and projective of preconceived thought and if the person has a problem help them fix it. My comment is not perfect either as I have left many other things out like phycological and human predictability/cognitive thoughts that are common to humans due to being social tribal animals. Take everything here with a grain of salt.

Most guys I know are not, and I feel more comfortable around guys than girls, who always do seem to be perverted and use their bodies to get what they want and sleep around making me quite biased towards guys in general, who are less scummy. Maybe I just get luckyky in meeting guys who aren't? > .>;; But that has been my experience in life so *shrugs*. Probably nobody can change my mind otherwise.

@shieksdee Well, you see, you cant really tell what person is thinking. You may think that guy is nice and all, you are chatting with him about flowers and shit, meanwhile he could be thinking how he is fking you in the most fk up way possible. To know how man thinks, you have to be one. Sorry, but you have no idea what the fck is going on in our heads. And if you would, well, for your own mental health, you better not. :D

Personally, I diversify this based on intent. Most guys want to have sex. It's entirely normal, healthy, and acceptable. I do find that I get annoyed with men though, because (from my experience), many men have to make EVERYTHING about sex. How much they let that drive inform their actions is what makes them a pervert. For instance, I gave a girl I like homemade cookies for Valentine's day. I did it because she's having a tough time and I wanted to do something nice to cheer her up. I didn't expect or want anything in return, other than to know that I made her happy, even if only briefly. But anytime it was brought up to a male friend or coworker, regardless of the context of the discussion (usually I was talking about the cookies and only briefly mentioned her to establish that I didn't make them to eat the whole batch myself), they would always immediately change the topic of conversation to "Oh snap, [baka]'s gonna get some!" That crap pisses me off. It's like "Are you stupid? You know absolutely nothing about her or my relationship with her! I do NOT appreciate such crude remarks about her and my intentions!" It's entirely possible for a guy to do something for a girl simply out of the goodness of his heart without the potential reward of sex being the motivation. And maybe just knowing that I made her happy was all the "reward" I needed >.< This is why I prefer female friends; all of my male friends instantly made perverted assumptions, and all of my female friends thought it was really sweet of me to do. They cared more about the gesture and the intent than what they perceived I would get out of it. Basically, from my experience, it seems like the majority of guys are "dogs". But there are also guys that are profoundly ashamed and disgusted by that kind of behavior. I know I can't stand how often discourse between men often inevitably devolves into how much sex one is getting or likely to get.

*shrug* I mean, I'm not going to lie or try and take some moral high ground and say "I'm not perverted like most men" on this topic. I think of sex quite a bit, is it on my mind every waking moment? Nope. But the thoughts are there, I wouldn't call it being a 'pervert' though. *checks previous pages* welp, since a few people already brought up the point I was intending to make in this post I'll just stop here. Feels a bit redundant to go on. Though for me personally I feel that my thoughts on a daily basis are usually 50% thoughts about random historical and cultural facts, 20% video games, 10% doggos, 5% ass, 5% titties, 5% thicc thighs, and remaining 5% of 'other' (I think about a lot of things okay?). I think that's a decent estimate. :v

I can confirm that I'm brain dead and think about sex quite frequently.

Women (most) think about sex A LOT too. Funny how this whole "breeding" thing seems tied to our DNA, you'd think we were born to procreate or something...
