For sure there needs to be some physical attraction, but the main deal breaker is if they have their professional life together.

I'd rather have a girl with a cute face but lacking the rocking body (unless you're morbidly obese), than a girl with a rocking body but a face that looks like an old man's ass... But again, personality is what is really the decisive factor. I've seen girls I would like to bed until death, but have personalities I'd avoid like Jehovah's Witnesses avoid Blood Transfusions in contrast to wanting girls who are by no means "stunners", but have personality traits that are more desirable to me which would make I and most people go for the latter...
