They gave me some pain meds, ear drops, and Sudafed for me to use. Currently lying down with a cotton ball stuffed in my ear hole.

LOL yeah there are just some things we say here in the states that when translated mean something else for example: when we do something wrong and are upset about it, a friend might say "don't beat yourself up over it." yeah it doesn't translate well for that situation. ROFL

I often wonder if pointing out that everything's fine helps people feel less anxious with anything, but then I get anxious and wonder if they think I'm being weird by mentioning that considering they didn't even feel anxious or anything.
