I'm trying to eat and drink. It's really hard though. I've had very little to eat and drink but it feels like I have a full stomach : ( Me too man.

Yeah and it's just a matter of waiting and making sure I eat and get my fluids so there's not much I can do : (

That is the only thing you can do now then. Well don't try over working yourself and drink plenty of fluids until you start feeling better. Rest is essential too, but since you have not been getting much that is a problem.
