@dyadka_yar That's a good idea! I also invertedly found out how to take that strong ass liver smell and taste out of my spaghetti sauce leftovers. I threw it back into a pot and added some heavy cream and let that sit on low heat for a while. Made a huge difference!

Yesterday was abs and cardio. We did planks, crunches, kicks, stuff like that for about 20 minutes. I found it to be really easy. Back when I lived in LA I almost won an office contest for planking for 8 minutes straight. Us short people have a single advantage in life, and that's the ability to efficiently do planks. We also did 30 minutes of cardio on the bikes with some resistance. I tried to push myself but I just couldn't break a sweat. My co-worker's were worried about how fast I was going on the bike because I almost passed out 4 workouts ago, but I think my body has fully adjusted to exercise. After the workout I felt a little bit tired but honestly the workout was so light intensity for me I could have gone another 40 minutes. I really want to do that first workout again and make it all the way through. I under-estimated how much kettle bell squats take but I'm ready for it next time!

Yesterday I did barbell squats for the first time. I've increased all my weights by a little since I started three weeks ago. Some exercises I can do the same weight as my co-workers now. Seriously I think I've doubled my stamina since 3 weeks ago.

Yesterday I pushed myself hard during the workout and tried to match the weights my co-workers were using whenever I could. We worked out a schedule to do 2 hard workouts at the gym for an hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I can really start to see myself shaping up. I'm trying to start jogging for a mile as well so I can get my legs and stamina up, but oh boy to I really suck at that. On tuesday I jogged for half a mile and had to stop to catch my breath. Out of all the workouts cardio and jogging sucks the most. Ugh...

Ive been mostly eating mexican food and indian food and works been getting busy again. Soon enough i'll be achieving 15,000 steps daily. I'm tired, I need to buy more fruit, maybe combine some pumpkin with yogurt, coco powder and protein powder. Edit: oh also taking some Vitamin D3 pills and Beef liver pills.

@joemama711 there's no way I'm ever going to achieve 15k steps daily. Man, I think I get around 2k steps in daily on average. It's just too much of a time suck for me to invest in. That's why when I do cardio I'm just bookin it to tire myself out as fast as possible. I tried cooking with beef liver because it's highly nutritious and cheap. I minced it up and cut it with ground beef in spaghetti. I managed to disguise the horrible flavor by about 80% but somehow my stomach just knows and I always feel nauseated afterwards. I thought about cooking with chicken, but that stuff is still too expensive. Never goes on sale.

@arc When I was working out I just don't like cardio because my job is pretty active but if I were to do it it has to be a sport for me to enjoy itself either swimming basketball or tennis, rock climbing is fun I did it once at a place and got to the top when i was more out of shape. I'm too lazy, picky and forgetful to try liver due to that you can only eat a certain amount unless you want Vitamin A posioning, so it would probably just go bad in my fridge. I prefer beef more so myself but I do have a few youtube chiefs that have good recipes ( made chicken that melta in your mouth). There's also possibility of using ground chicken and having meatballs or a pizza made out of meat with some veggies? Oikos also has a yogurt that sells for 2 bucks and has 20 grams of protein too.

Tbh chicken has been mostly a miss in my opinion other then Damos moms recipe, he makes good dumb recipe skits and I have his 15 dollar cookbook, along with buff deads cook book

@arc Perhaps protein powder is more your speed? I can say that Carnivor is my preferred brand. Add milk for extra protein. Warning about Carnivor though. Do not use a shaker cup for it, only a blender. You use the shaker cup you end up with unpleasant protein chunklets that didn't properly mix.
