Protein shake time with Dyadka and Sparkie!

@amir_bahram Personal favorite protein powders are Carnivor which is based off of beef proteins. Oddly enough the GNC brand wheybolic is also very good. Has a full compliment of amino acids which are essential to muscle growth. Both have variants that are for weight gain. Ones to stay away from are Optimum Nutrition and Wal-Mart crap. Reason for Optimum Nutrition is because while they are one of the oldest brands out there, they have been slipping over the years. Optimum Nutrition proteins lack amino acids, are comparatively expensive to more effective brands and their flagship "Gold Standard" whey protein is unfiltered whey protein which is slower to digest.

I learned something. The pain in my arms due to lifting weight kind of disappears when I lift them on the next day. Makes me wonder that arm effort cannot be done in isolated days when you aren't used to such kind of thing. Still. The pain was bearable, I expected worse. Still couldn't lift my left arm straight at the beginning of the day...

@nebeldstern Are you getting enough protein to recover the muscles? Also are you going light or going all out on the arms? I will go until I hit muscle failure and my arms will do the same thing, but it only lasts about 6 hours.
