I'm bothered that my company decided to pay not only graveyard shift employees a $2 bonus, but then they offered the same bonus to certain day shift workers too! Seriously, some of the days that I work overlap with these higher wages workers. It's worse when I have seniority over them. Like can payroll for 5 seconds not attempt to start a civil war inside its own company?
