for my birthday @verucassault made me the "truffle shuffle". It's a new york strip steak seasoned with truffle salt and flambéed shallots and garlic with a truffle carpaccio, truffled steak fries with a Sauce Diane gravy on the side. Seriously, her cooking skills can be scary good. She could be a professional chef. It was the best steak meal I've had in years.
