Mine was definitely DB/DBZ back in the late 80'S.

Probably Naruto and/or InuYasha, I remember finally getting a computer around middle school and one day I decided to look up the episodes to the show and suddenly found watchcartoononline with hundreds to thousands of shows I found out to be anime.

The more I try to find an answer to this question the deeper the waters run. I had a lot of friends who were anime fans so I got a huge dose all at once. The first one I think I ever saw was Dragon Ball (Go Tienshen-han!), but was introduced to Inuyasha, Sailor Moon, and DBZ at about the same time. Pokémon but one anime alone isn't enough, like, if you would watch only one anime you wouldn't know it's anime since you just saw one of them. After Digimon, Beyblade, Medabots and Cardcaptor Sakura, it wasn't just Pokémon being a good cartoon, it was "japanese make great cartoons and I need more of it!"

the first anime i’ve ever seen was yugioh. my getaway anime was bungou stray dogs. saw it on a crunchy roll ad in the movie theater while watching infinity wars. i found it on hulu while i was wandering around.
