'Tokyo Ghoul:Re' Ep. 01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1812/90955.jpg Synopsis Two years have passed since the CCG's raid on Anteiku. Although the atmosphere in Tokyo has changed drastically due to the increased influence of the CCG, ghouls continue to pose a problem as they have begun taking caution, especially the terrorist organization Aogiri Tree, who acknowledge the CCG's growing threat to their existence. The creation of a special team, known as the Quinx Squad, may provide the CCG with the push they need to exterminate Tokyo's unwanted residents. As humans who have undergone surgery in order to make use of the special abilities of ghouls, they participate in operations to eradicate the dangerous creatures. The leader of this group, Haise Sasaki, is a half-ghoul, half-human who has been trained by famed special class investigator, Kishou Arima. However, there's more to this young man than meets the eye, as unknown memories claw at his mind, slowly reminding him of the person he used to be. --- Sorry I'm late on this one. By now you should know Tokyo Ghoul. Personally, I really hate bad guys that talk to much during their fights. And also how no matter how strong you are in an anime, there's always a bad guys that's so over powered that no one can beat him. It's a little cliché, but what are anime if not full of clichés. For those of you who are fans of the series. I hope you enjoy the new season.

'Gurazeni' Ep. 01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1444/90440.jpg Synopsis: This is the story of Natsunosuke Honda, a pro baseball player—a relief pitcher who has been playing pro in a team called Spiders for 8 years. The team operates as a highly-stratified society, where the player's performance determines his annual salary. Natsunosuke is one of the highest paid players in the game. He measures how good players are by how much money they make, and he intends to be on top and stay there, and as such is always looking for players to challenge and does everything to insure that he is better than they are. --- Sorry, I got so bored watching it, I'm not sure what else to say about it. Maybe if you're a baseball fan this would be more interesting.

'Akkun to Kanojo' Ep. 01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1404/90601.jpg Synopsis: The romantic comedy follows the everyday life of an extremely tsundere (initially aloof and abrasive, but later kind-hearted) boy named Atsuhiro "Akkun" Kagari and his girlfriend Non "Nontan" Katagiri. Akkun's behavior is harsh toward Nontan with verbal abuse and neglect, but he actually is head-over-heels for her and habitually acts like a stalker by tailing her or eavesdropping. Nontan is oblivious to Akkun's stalker ways, and thinks his actions are cute. --- This is a 3 minute short... and incredibly stupid.... I'm thankful I only wasted 3 minutes on it.

Mahou Shoujo Site https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1456/90843.jpg Synopsis: Aya Asagiri is a middle school girl who has problems both at school with bullying and at home from physical abuse by her brother. While browsing online, a website pops up on her computer featuring a creepy looking person. This person appears to take pity on her, and announces that she has granted Asagiri magical powers. --- This is seriously dark and twisted. Or rather just fucked up. And watching it made me feel nothing but anger.... and that's not what I watch anime for... Even if things are bad in your life. You don't need to immerse yourself in that kind of hate and anger. I recommend avoiding this one.

'Boku no Hero Academia 3' Ep.01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1204/90681.jpg Synopsis: This is the 3rd Season. --- This was mostly a recap episode, and some time at the school pool. I'm looking forward to the new season.

'Major 2nd' Ep. 01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/1066/90145.jpg Synopsis: Daigo is born as the son of Gorou, a father who is too great. What path will Daigo, who is burdened with great expectations, take in baseball? --- It's hard to grasp the plot from the first episode. The protagonist seems to be a in middle school. His dad's a pro player. His older sister is a prodigy. But he's only so-so and so he feels like he can't live up to everyone expectations, and so he gives up and quits and stops applying himself at life all together. I'm guessing here, but I think the premise of the story is about him finding a reason to try again and to turn things around.

'Hinamatsuri' Ep. 01 https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/images/anime/12/87685.jpg Synopsis: One night, a strange object falls on the head of Nitta, a member of the yakuza. Inside the box is a strange young girl named Hina. She has tremendous supernatural powers, and Nitta finds himself reluctantly taking her in. Her powers can come in handy for his yakuza business, but he also runs the risk of her using them on him! Not to mention, if she doesn't use her powers, she will eventually go berserk and destroy everything around her. Nitta and Hina's strange life together is just beginning... --- This has got to be a comedy, because that is totally not the right reaction to that situation.... Geez... That was actually pretty cute and funny. I'm still laughing. Yakuza meets middle school girl with supernatural powers. I'm adding this to my watch list purely for the laughs.

Yeah, Hinamatsuri is a comedy. I like the manga a lot. Like any adaptation, things are already happening in different order than I remember, but it seems it's going to be good still.
