Agree with Michael about the first part. You can't expect everyone to message you back, especially since it's online. Maybe they really don't have time, maybe they didn't see it, or maybe they just don't like you for some reason.
Either way, waiting for someone's response, getting frustrated when they don't, and calling them seems like a waste of energy. If they don't respond, just move on honestly.
