after reading your about me i definitely can understand how bad a heart can be to make you feel down and how bad it can be to trust people sometimes

After reading your bio, I can sympathize with you on what goes on in our heads. We truly are our own worst enemies. Try not to be so hard on yourself in these situations (not that I know your situation), but I am sure you are most definitely doing your best. That's all anyone can ask for. ^^
