bidoof_ex @bidoof_ex My roommate has two cats, so it feels like I have pets sometimes. I used to have a doggo but he passed away years ago.

yuuzora @yuuzora Nice. Especially if the cats have chosen you in any capacity. :D I am sorry you had to say goodbye to a doggo. If I ever had three wishes, one of them would definitely be for our pets to live as long as we do. Is there one thing particular you'd do if you had three wishes?

bidoof_ex @bidoof_ex That's a good wish, I wish my doggo was back. A second wish would be for infinite logs to gnaw on, us bidoof can never have enough logs to keep our teeth in check!

yuuzora @yuuzora Hmhm. Bidoofs are a keystone species, afterall. Kinda like ye ol' Magikarp. Without it the ecosystem just couldn't function.

bidoof_ex @bidoof_ex Magikarp's scales are incredibly tough! Would probably be enough to damage a bidoof's teeth. I often admire them while gathering wood for our dams.

yuuzora @yuuzora I have to think about it, but I think Arcanine is like a wolf-like species in the world of Pokemon? They would be a keystone species as well. I think there are a few others, but that's the one I know off the top of my head. Up to about Gen 3/4 I know most pokemon, but after that it's like... hurdur I dunno shit. XD

bidoof_ex @bidoof_ex I get spotty after the first 150 even heh, there's just too many. That said I played Pokemon pretty actively up through X and Y, with the exception of kinda skipping over gen 5 (I owned Black but didn't finish it oddly). I also started playing the Pokemon TCG a lot right when X and Y came out, up until the standard rotation completely rotated out X and Y cards, started losing interest (not to say X and Y was perfect, Shaymin EX completely ruined one of my favorite decks in the expanded format).
