Please anyone willing to improve themselves get a full 8 hours of sleep. Don't stay up so late. You can go to bed early at 10:30 then wake up at 6:30 to go to the gym or jog before work! Crucial time for gains

Love to hear it brother! Just be careful not to lose too much too fast. That's also muscle mass potentially lost if you lose weight too fast whatever means you are doing it by. As for gaining and maintaining as you lose just make sure to up your protein intake with this equation to figure out how much you need everyday, 1.2x your body weight in KG for a cut then 1.5x your body weight in KG for a bulk. Also please get a full 8 hours of sleep for the transformation period to take full effect each night.
