People often tell me that if I want to increase my chances of finding a significant other, that I need to give up my "childish ways". I say to them, my love of anime, manga, comics, video games, and some cartoons that appeal to the older crowd, are all things that define me. And if anyone who wants to be with me can't learn to accept that, then I don't want to be with them.
With that out of the way, I'm currently a sushi chef that also manages a small restaurant. Part time I do graphic design for the owners of said restaurant. I used to draw manga style comics and hoped to make a living off of it, but didn't. I still draw though when I can. Otherwise I love to tinker, whether it's upgrading my custom built gaming PC, or doing some sort of mod to my VW. I own almost all of the current gen consoles but use my Switch more than any. I love that thing. Occasionally I'll go old school and hook up one of my vintage systems. And when I have time, I'm watching anime on anything from Netflix, to Crunchyroll, to the free sites. Most favorite is Cowboy Bebop. If not anime, then it's almost anything from Adult Swim (Rick and Morty, duh). Not ashamed to admit I'll even watch Sponge Bob so long as it's the first season, but usually when nieces and nephews are visiting.
I don't have any kids. Might have some someday but not planning on it. Need to find the right girl first. So instead I tend to my dog BMO. He's a tiny Shih-tzu, so the name is appropriate.
I own a decent library of manga, how to draw books, and anime collectibles but most are in storage. Bought during my days of prominent otakuism.
That's about it. Want to know more, all you have to do is ask.
