I suppose that might be true. Most disciplines do become easy to do after you train them a few times. It's just the beginning that's difficult. Where do you find the space to train your dogs? I don't have a big yard and my dog would probably runaway off leash lol. I know there are dog training facilities, but you have to pay for them. About falconry, I would plan to not get my dog involved w/ that. Buuut, I do think it'd be cool if I could get my dog to go hunting w/ me. Also what do you think about people who are trying to develop new dog breeds and them become official breeds in the kennel clubs? I watched quite a few dogumentary tv on youtube where I got interested in this b/c I saw a pretty awesome new mix.

That sounds like a lot of work to me, I don't know how you mean it's not a lot of work. I assume if you're in the competitive scene, you'd be working your dogs everyday, except weekends maybe, but w/ some variation. The reason I asked you this is because I once had the desire to take up falconry and I figured it would probably take about the same amount of work as being a competitive dog trainer.

Hey, thanks for the welcome. I read your profile, I've never met a person so taken w/ the... dog world? How would you say it, competitive dog competition world? My family owns a mutt as well, although I suppose you could say he's a shih-tzu & schnauzer mix. One question I'd like to ask, how much does that world take up of your life, are you pretty busy w/ it? I'm mainly asking due to some other animal/pet related subject I'm interested in.

I dont understand what possesses people to shave their husky and husky mixes. I mean they look awful. And why do people shave double coated dogs? It ruins their fur. If you want a dog you can shave bare, get a dog with a single coat and/or a poodle, or better yet, get a hairless breed. Oh they have em. I feel sorry for the huskies who have shaved to the skin with only their head amd tip of tail poofy. Please people, spare the embarresment and keep the coat lookin awesome. You will not see my girls shaven down unless they get into an accedent and surgery has to be done. Sorry about my little rant. I feel better. ☺

Argh, I hate the holidays in fall. They are one right after the other. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, new years.... Why can't they space out the holidays.

I did post this before, but I think ot will work better here. This is an art that a good friend of mine made for me. She was an art student and like me, sesshomaru is our idol. As you can see, if we both met sesshi, this is I believe how I'd act, with heart in my eyes. Just a little stretch she did for me. I broke the page up into sections so you can read the cute little phrases we say. The arguing picure is funny and sesshi's expression of ignoring the psychos. (We actually did that when she told me she loved sesshi and I'm like no I love sesshi. So she actually captured us in anime.

Why is it when I upload a picture on my page it flips it to the side? Anyone else having a problem with this? Ive even flipped the photo and it still comes out sideways. <grumbles>
