You are the tank of the team, but you can play diferent type of top lanes, you can be a suport toplane too. Dunno its hard to tell.. But anyways think of top like Tankers! Midlaners are vast in dmg, they will farm( kill minions), get more lvls and itens first, then they will start to involve in the fighting .. They are the guys who one shot people. Base magic dmg or assasins like zed. Junglers are the guys who goes into camps, they dont stay in lanes, they will farm the jungler and help others lanes .. The term used is GANK. He will try to sneak to your lane and help you! These guys tend to be more Dmg/offtank there are diferent style of it. Adc or Ad Carry is the guys with the most dmg on game, they stay behind everyone just hitting with their guns etc.. You need to know more about positioning yourself, its hard to play adc as you need a good suport and know when you should avance or not. Support .. Its saying what it does already .. It support, Mainly the adcs..
