Hey everybody, I'm Matt, friends call me Matty Baggins. I'm a graphic designer by profession working at a sign and print shop full time and at a new startup company on the side. Besides being a designer I'm a long time musician with my main focus and passion being drums. (Bet you didn't guess that from my username, did you?). While I enjoy listening to and playing most all types of music, I have a passion for heavy metal music and devote a lot of my free time to my band, It's Awake. I'm one of the original founders and we're one of the mainstay local bands on the Salt Lake City, Utah scene where we've had the chance to share the stage with bands like Motionless In White, The Last Ten Seconds of Life, Neurotic November, and more. When I'm not working or doing band stuff I spend a lot of time with my family, namely my dad and nephews (we're a bunch of anime nerds). And when I'm not doing that? I'm working on writing my own novel series that I one day hope to adapt into a comic and animated series and on rare occasions I draw.
My favorite animes include Soul Eater, Digimon, Fairy Tale, Sword Art Online, Kill la kill, and Sekirei among others
