Yup! But maybe he only does it after big battles like gym leaders, I don't remember exactly. Actually I found a list of his emotions here: http://www.serebii.net/yellow/pikachu.shtml But that one's not on it. I clearly remember it though, he went "PIIIIIIIIIKAAAAAAAAAAA" and everything. XD

Oh yeah, that is pretty funny. XD There's probably a bunch of faces he makes that I've forgotten by now. He gets excited after you win battles too.
