はじめまして, オステンです!
Nice to meet you, I'm Austin!
I'm a 16 year old guy in Washington State who's been really into Asian culture and languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) from a very young age. I'm currently learning the Japanese, Korean and Chinese languages, and I take it very seriously, as I hope to be actually fluent someday. (I'm also planning to learn German, Spanish, Arabic, ASL and some other languages, but for now I'm focused on the Asian languages).

I'm pretty open to all sorts of people, but if we're gonna talk and be friends (and maybe more), you can't fall into homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, ableist, etc. areas. I'm a trans guy, who's also pansexual (with a preference for men and trans-masculine dudes) and has some diagnosed illnesses (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, DID are a few), so those are pretty important factors for me.

Along with asian anime, music, culture and languages, I'm also really into video games and western cartoons, and my current favorite music artists are Twnety One Pilots, BTS, MOMOLAND, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Hi-Fi Camp, and Bill Wurtz (What? His music is unironically hella good). I also really love Vocaloid music and play a lot of Project Diva. My biggest passions are art (drawing, sketching, traditionally and digitally) and music (I'm enrolling in ukulele, piano, violin and vocal lessons, and I'm joining the "Diverse Harmony" LGBT+ youth choir in Seattle).

I'm looking for friends who are (preferably, but not necessarily) in or near my area in Washington (Kent, Covington, Seattle, Tacoma, Auburn, etc...) who share similar interests and are around my age (15-18). I'm also hoping to meet somebody I connect with intimately as well for a serious, long-term relationship, but that person will have to meet some kinda important points for what I need in a partner (Ex; laid-back, kind, similar sense of humour, similar ideals/beliefs, etc...).
Basically, we gotta become pretty good friends and have some stuff in common before trying to date. I've also had multiple long-distance relationships in the past, one of which lasted almost 3 years and was pretty serious, but I'd really prefer a local relationship from this point forward, so Washington State only? (Unless you're planning on moving to Washington in the near future lmao)
