Just so I don't repeat what everyone already said about Attack on Titan and Evangelion, the second opening of Akame ga Kill is pretty damn catchy and fast which gets you hyped for the show. Also most of the Fma Brotherhood openings are pretty memorable and the Tokyo Ghoul opening is haunting and works well to set the tone of the show.
