Do you like non-metal bands? Like Deftones or Chevelle? They may not be 'heavy' so to speak, but their style is really unique. I do listen to bands like BMTH and the Apocalypse, even Bullet for my Valentine or Mastodon. I'm a huge Metallica fan. Love everything they produced up to the Black Album until St. Anger and beyond.

This actually might make me sound like an old man, but Gojira is way to heavy for me lol. I love their guitar rifts and lyrics though. I'm an old school metal person; 80s/90s thrash!

Agreed, I heard that the singer of Incubus is coming out with a solo album; wonder how good it'll be. My username is actually from the band Gojira lol. I use to practice a lot on guitar, that was how I got into music. Can you shred :D?
