Yes, live action. We have it my ways in the wal*Mart cheap DVD section. It's either $13 or $20 because I would have picked it up at $7 or $5

A lot of people aren't big fans of the movie. I personally liked it. There's also a live action Blood movie but I havent gotten around to watching it yet.
