I am a history major in college, and many people would consider me to be born in the wrong century! I am a romantic free spirit who is outgoing, fun, and expressive, yet polite and refined. I am a dedicated ballet dancer, even though I started when I was only 19. Ballet plays a big part in my life, and I love tutus, tiaras, and being a princess. I also enjoy Lolita, Hello Kitty, and other sweet things.
But don’t think I’m all pink and frilly! I certainly have a more mature side, and I identify myself as a Steampunk and a Neo-Victorian. I am entranced with Victorian life, culture, and style, whether it be prim and dainty or macabre and dark. In addition to tutus and pointe shoes, my closet also has plenty of velvet coats, top hats, lace cuffs, waistcoats, pocket watches, pith helmets, ties, suits, and cravats. I go to historical faires and reenactments, and prefer the days of olde rather than the modern day. I am a big believer in old fashioned elegance, poise, manners, decorum, and sensitivity.
I am also a certified horseback riding instructor and teach summer riding camps in Marin Country. I have always loved animals and feel a close sensitivity towards them, especially horses, deer, and birds. I am at home in nature, and take delight in the small splendors that nature is capable of. I just as much enjoy watching a flock of birds alight on a pond or deer graze in a moonlit meadow as going to the cinema.
I am lead an athletic and healthy lifestyle, but I do enjoy watching TV every now and then.
Qualities of a Gentleman that I enjoy:
-Long Hair.
-Well Dressed. I love suits, frockcoats, ties, hats, breeches, boots, cravats, gloves etc.
-Well read (real books, not manga).
-Well mannered.
-To be the same ethnicity as myself. -An interest in history or at least a respect for it.
-Slender or fit. Not overweight.
-Smart, yet not cocky
-Tall

-Vampires are okay.
