Lucy!! Amazing. Honestly you don't need any anime recommendations, you already found the best one Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Haha. Kidding kidding. But god isn't it phenomenal? Okay since you liked Edgerunners check out Psycho-Pass, Devilman Crybaby, Inuyashiki: Last Hero, and Parasyte the Maxim. Those 4 have similar themes to Cyberpunk. If you're looking for something totally fresh then watch Land of the Lustrous and Space Dandy. Those are my niche recommendations however if you want REALLY super safe recommendations watch Death Note or Attack on Titan. You've probably already seen those two tho so I didn't want to start there
