Alright, i came in at 255 on the dot, I'm 5'9 so its kinda noticeable XD So next weight in will be on Monday then. I'm actually heading to the gym tonight after work. My weekly goal is 2-3 pounds lost a week or turned into muscle.

Alright, Lets weight in tomorrow, I'll do it tomorrow morning, every Monday and Thursday we will weight out and see the progress grow on each other walls :)
