Completed Tokyo Ghoul:re vol. 2 on my way home today. Haise has me freaked out right now.

I am excited. Tomorrow my local library will purchase a few copies of TG:re Vol. 2 and I will be reading one of them almost immediately. https://prodimage.images-bn.com/pimages/9781421594972_p0_v1_s550x406.jpg

Sadly, I seem to have an issue with avoiding spoiling the Tokyo Ghoul series for myself. I pretty much know all of the big details at this point when most of the current volumes haven't even been released in English without being third-party scans. However, in the process I seem to feel more... connected with the main character, as I have learned that him and I have both been going through the same mindset progression (except I didn't have a secondary cheerful stage). To put it simply, if I were to rank my progression level with the character's stages, I would be at the 'fourth personality' so to speak (to avoid spoilers for yourself, AVOID THE WIKI and DO NOT look up the personalities).

kuroshiro_2573 @kuroshiro_2573 P.S. With this new information, I will be changing my profile pic based on which stage I feel I currently match.

Started watching 18if. Pretty good so far, I even tried out the game that it is based on (which is a decent time-waster).

Got lucky and got the final hold spot for the second volume of TK:re today, now to wait until my local library receives the copies and sends it over.

Started watching Net-juu no Susume, and so far it is hilarious. Plus, I have some experience in the issues the characters go through.

Cringing at the thought of tomorrow, the history of which we lie to ourselves about every day because we don't want to admit that European settlers were horrible people back in the day. For me, I had family on both sides of the bloody massacre that we call 'Thanksgiving'... Can you tell that I am disappointed in my heritage of constant war between cultures that I am somehow related to?
