Lol I don't tend to care much I guess, I like saying hi to people (usually one's that look interesting). I noticed the league pic. and the fact that you have the same name as me (my real name is "Kai") made me say hi. ^^' Ya never know! Just be nice to people and ya never know what could happen, I've seen good stories! But yes, most people come here to goof off and you have to reach out to people usually...so there is an ounce of truth to that as well. They really should drop the whole "dating" thing lol.
