They’re set a few hundred years apart, so not too connected but I’d start with Castlevania. In a show about immortal vampires there might be characters introduced in Castlevania who’s appearance might not hit as well if you just watch Nocturne

I saw a few videos of Castlevania:Nocturne and it captured my attention. I'm new to the franchise and I just wanna know if I should start with Castlevania first or could I skip to Nocturne and still understand the plot? (⁠ㆁ⁠ω⁠ㆁ⁠)
