Reading helps me to sleep cuz I dislike it, but I do it cuz my language is horrid and I need to read more to get better. Currently, reading The Girl with all the Gifts. If I am watching YT, playing games or talking to my friends, I can forget about sleeping totally lmao. It's good that you improved your sleep schedule. Energy drinks are bad man... coffee and tea are good in moderation. I love to sleep in moving vehicles hahahahahahha...

Same here! I love sweet stuff but not overly sweet like the red velvet donut I had two days back... not having it again xD I love cakes and cookies so much. Ice-cream too!

Hey Sky, thank you very much. I have been very tired in the day... taking a lot of short naps. Still struggling to sleep well. I would sleep early but wake up after 1-2 hours. I’ll continue to improve my sleeping patterns. It’s messed up xD How is the cut on your finger?
