I'm severely shy. Just setting up this profile is causing me to feel anxiety, however I guess I'll update this as I think of things that are truly interesting about myself.
Which isn't much.
I mean I hunt for shinies in Pokemon, and so far I've caught 360/807 for my shiny living dex. My most recent was Lady Gaga the Pheromosa. However I've got so many more than just the 360...I mean I've got 8 shiny Audino. EIGHT. I used to like Audino as a Pokemon just fine but then I just kept running into its purple shiny face and quite frankly...it triggers me so much nowadays. Is that interesting?
The same anime series has been my favorite for nearly 13 years, and it's a series that I hold near and dear to my heart. Trinity Blood. I discovered it when I felt all alone in this world and what truly made me fall in love with it was the main character. Looking at him, I could instantly tell that we were the same. And that offered me comfort. It really did. The words of hope that he said to others, words of hope like, "Trust me. You don't want to make the whole world your enemy. Besides at the very least you do have one friend in me" just resonated with my heart. Those were the words that I needed to hear the most, and it was a fictional character who had said them. Father Abel Nightroad is my most favorite character, and I mean of all time.
Edit: Some time has passed and I feel that I'm confident enough to really go into details about myself. So away I go~
Sorry for the untidy thought patterns. I was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD when I was in the second grade. Meaning that I've practically had it my entire life and my brain is everywhere all at once.
First. The origin of my username. I like Doctor Who and my favorite character from the web series Red vs Blue is Church. Ta-dah. :D
While it's true that I get really anxious when it comes to talking to people, it's truly the initial aspect of it that really freaks me out. Once I talk a few times, I'm usually pretty good from there on out. But be warned. If you befriend me and get me talking...good luck getting me to shut up. Lol. Really though. If you just want me to calm down just tell me to 'chill' since that usually works.
My personality type is INFJ-T in case you're curious.
I've been into anime/manga since I was in middle school, which was... *furiously tries to figure it all out* Let's see I graduated high school in 2009...so around the year 2003? Yeah, that sounds both good and accurate to me.
I really love video games and I've been playing them since I was old enough to hold onto a controller. The very first that I held was a Sega Genesis controller and the game was Sonic the Hedgehog. I still have both the console and the game tucked away neatly in my not so neat closet. But nowadays I play games on my PS3, 3DS and old laptop whenever it's feeling up to it. Recently I've been replaying BioShock Infinite. Oh and Troy Baker is a voice acting God! ❤ But my favorite genre of games are survival horror, so Amnesia the Dark Descent, Penumbra and Outlast are all fairly high on my list of favorite games of all time. But I also like games with jump scares. So yes. I do indeed enjoy the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. I tried resisting it when it first came out, but then I played it...felt my heart in my throat and fell in love. My favorite animatronics from the games are Foxy, Mangle, Bonnie and Springtrap.
Music is love. Music is life. And my favorite musicians are Nathan Sharp/NateWantsToBattle, Andrew Stein/MandoPony, DAGames, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance (RIP), Evanescence, Panic! At The Disco, Jeff Williams, Trocadero, Seven Kingdoms, Breaking Benjamin and Linkin Park.
I am so far from being normal. For real. But then again being normal's overrated and I'll take being abnormal any day!
When it comes to getting to sleep I usually listen to some ASMR while I doze off. Not the overly sexual variety, but the calming ones like mic brushing, paper folding, inaudible whispers and hair brushing. Thank God for hair brushing sounds! :D
Right now I'm listening to "With You" by NateWantsToBattle featuring DAGames. So there, that's your random fact about me. Not very random I know.
