Good morning. My day went well, work went smoothly...then again, the day was spent mainly watching training videos, being welcomed to Wal-Mart, learning about everything that's needed to be known about the company and its policies. One guy ended up leaving while all of us trainees were being given a tour of the store. He was caught being on his phone and was told to put it away, but I could tell that he was really young...maybe around 18 years old so fresh out of high school, and he got angry. So he just took off his vest and left. I guess when you don't want to work, then you just don't want to work.

I'm good with just buying a standard laptop. You know, nothing too fancy. Just need it to play a few games...well I don't need it to do that, but I'd prefer it if it could. But I think I could get by if I were to build my own PC. I forget if I told you this, but I majored in computer networking. So things like Cisco and the big corporate routers. In one of my classes, Hardware and Software, we spent a few weeks doing nothing but building computers. Building virtual computers. Learning the methods about how you need to ground yourself so you don't accidentally fry something that you shouldn't. xD You see, people tell me that kind of stuff...but when I'm in the midst of being down and out...I just deflect everything that they say and work it out on my own. Then again...it might have been the people that were telling me those things that I just didn't believe. Hmmm...Going to have to figure that out, I guess. I like Eevee too. My favorite Eeveelution is a three way tie between Umbreon, Espeon and Sylveon. Though if we were to get another Eeveelution...I'd hope for either a Dragon, Steel or Poison type. Those would be very interesting to see.

Oh no worries. I know I said that I don't log onto Steam often, but that's mainly because my laptop is old...6 years old to be exact. And games just don't run that well on it and Steam seems to just lag my computer down. So when I get a new one, I'll be on Steam more often. ^_^ I actually know someone who's got an application out for Home Depot. Does your friend enjoy working there? And yeah, it's going to be a big adjustment, but I know that I can do it. The promise of getting a rather large paycheck every other week is highly persuasive. :D I'm highly empathetic. It's insane just how easily I can pick up on the emotions of others, but I also tend to end up being an emotional sponge at times. So whoops. If I ever seem down, then my sponginess is probably to blame. xD Every single day I wish that my self esteem could be a little bit more than what it actually is. However after years of being bullied. Years of being told that I wasn't good enough and that I couldn't do something that I really wanted to do...it kind of takes its toll on a person. That's why it's always a good thing to continue improving yourself, not just for others but also for you. *shrugs* Or that's how I see it. Gen 8's going to be good.

I'm working the really early morning shift at Wal-Mart. My shift starts at 4AM and ends at 1PM. Going to be making sure that everything's properly catalogued into the inventory, stocking shelves. You know the fun things in life. Lol. It's not a bad trait to have, per say. Sure others begin to find it irritating at times and continuously remind you that you don't have to apologize because they forgot their pen at home. Usually though, you then apologize for apologizing and you enter into a never ending loop of saying that you're sorry for one thing or another. At least it's better than never apologizing for anything. I'm going to try and make at least one friend. I know. I know. A truly daunting task, but I'm sure I'll be able to manage. xD Well at least there are still double battles. Those are pretty fun to take part in.
