Hmm I do know that polyjuice potion tasted terrible for most people. Then their was that antidote that was given to harry.
The graph reading isn't that hard once you start learning all the definitions for them and the different spots to look at. It would be more difficult when doing things like stress testing and placing all the strips on people.
Hardest field ever to do though is philosophy at least if your extremely close minded. XD
