Since I know that you like to listen to Frank Sinatra - what kind of other music do you enjoy?

Pete Zahut @criselington I listen to a lot of older Artists such as Elvis, Paul Anka, Bill Withers, Cubby Checker, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, and so forth. Pretty much anything from the Golden oldies (40s-60s). Music from 70s-90s and a few moderns songs. A lot of Classical music as well from composers like Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy, Tchaikovsky, and the like.
elhaym @elhaym Oh my goodness, you're a classy man! :3
elhaym @elhaym I love listening to Debussy
Pete Zahut @criselington They're just better in my opinion, less focus on enhancing the sound and quality and more focus on the actual music and writing. Plus I like music better when it doesn't take a team of 8 writers to write a lazy and repetitive song.
elhaym @elhaym Especially the quality of the writing was often better than those lyrics of songs nowadays. Now I'm thinking. What kind of music needs 8 writers? Usually, it's one song writer what I know so far :o
Pete Zahut @criselington There are quite a few nowadays, like Work from Rihanna was written by several people. It's just lazy and pretty annoying now.
elhaym @elhaym Oh, that's interesting! I'm still amazed that you're into older music :)

A good ole flashback to the healthiest village war chief I ever met.
elhaym @elhaym he looks cool!
Pete Zahut @criselington Believe it or not this dude was almost 80 when I met him.
elhaym @elhaym wooow that's awesome!
Pete Zahut @criselington It was a great experience to meet him and learn about his culture
elhaym @elhaym I can imagine - he looks like a role model

Aka-san @redhawk Hot <3
elhaym @elhaym you looks so different!!
Pete Zahut @criselington Thanks haha its all the uniform. I certainly do look different haha although I wish I change the dumb look on my face.
elhaym @elhaym but that's your trade mark!
Pete Zahut @criselington I suppose it is. I've had it upon my face since I was but a twinkle in my birth fathers eye.
elhaym @elhaym is "in my birth fathers eye" an idiom?
Pete Zahut @criselington A twinkle in my dad's eye is an idiom for a time before your birth. I used the phrase birth father because my step father is the one who raised me.
elhaym @elhaym ohh thank you for explaining - I learned something new today ♥ I bet you have a good connection to your step father
Pete Zahut @criselington He raised me since I was still a few months old but I call him my father.
elhaym @elhaym that is cute

Aka-san @redhawk Ohhh I see
Aka-san @redhawk Also thank you for your service <3
Pete Zahut @criselington Indeed, but that was years ago and now I'm a fluffy hobo and thanks
