Who am I?
I'm 34 (M), currently living in Maryland, but will likely move back south to Houston or Dallas in a couple of years. I work remotely - I'm a PhD research scientist in Pharma.
Interests:
1) Huge anime fan... planning to try about 40 anime this coming season. https://myanimelist.net/animelist/choco_spice
2) Competetive gaming: TFT, LoL, SC2, OW, will to try most anything that comes out.
3) Fun multiplayer online games like Civ, jackbox, party games, etc.
4) Console-based party games like Mario Kart, Smash, Fighting games, Mario Party, etc.
5) Outdoors activities - Fencing / Swashbuckling, Disc Golf, Mini Golf, Arcades
6) Board games!, when we can find people to play with. Like Catan. The online versions can be fun too
7) Fantasy books / Scifi TV shows occasionally.
8) I watch a lot of twitch and youtube. I'm a huge fan of Trash Taste.
9) I have weeb/otaku roots going all the way back to JRPGs, Yuyu Hakusho, Cowboy bebop
10) I love MMORPGS, but haven't been able to get into one since DAOC / GW1, so now I mostly stick to animes with MMO plots, but I'm still looking for something to love.
