Yes. I feel the same for redubbing shows when you switch ownership of the license owner of a show for a given market, even more egregious when it's a new show. This is probably an irrational preference but it's my preference. :)

It's the same thing that is happening with games, right? HD, remastered, and friends. Very rarely do they actually put an honest amount of effort into it. They'd rather just sell you the same thing every couple of years once technology has moved on a bit.

Thanks for the clarification. However, yes we have the platform but I don't see why there would be any less reason to get the shot. The indoculation of the population isn't high enough to not receive the shot; this is similar to the bystander effect - others got the shot so I don't need to is a flawed theory regarding protection from infection. If you want protection from covid strains, you still need the shot(s).

@chattchristian immunocompromised CAN get the covid vaccine. Additionally there has always been a lot of talk about immunocompromised with regards to vaccines prior to covid (especially with regards to the flu). There's a lot more talk about vaccines in general now. There is actually less reason to push people to vaccinate for their sake now that we have a mRNA vaccine platform.
