I thought that was pretty cool and I appreciate you doing that for new people, cuz it seems I'm awful at it *cough cough* >.>... Honestly I don't think we would be able to hold some good convos, but I'll drop some convo starters from time to time if I remember or whenever I'm online.. (which probs won't be much). I feel like there are parts of you that resonate w/ me, but we wouldn't enjoy each other's company too long lol. Who knows what will happen though.... Many this is a weird paragraph. Neverland @dakoya Ah, I just remembered we once talked about Westworld. Odd enough, since today I just started watching the 2nd season. So I guess next time I will have sometime to discuss if I finish the season by next time. I think I'm only currently on episode 3.

Neverland @dakoya Well, I finished the 2nd season of Westworld yesterday instead of doing some homework. It was stellar! I kind of wish they had explored shogun world more or introduced more worlds. Perhaps if they have a season 3 they will. I didn't get to watch ep 6 though, it was missing on the site I was using. I did read the summary, but it's still kind of confusing. The whole immortality thing was really interesting as well as the "heaven" for the hosts (the doorway that they were seeking). How is the Punisher? Did they use a different actor from when he cameo'd in Daredevil?

CAC @cac I'm pretty sure it will get a season 3, it did really well. Yes seeing other worlds of the park was awesome, I can't wait for more. Yes they use the same characters, its good, I still have 2 episodes left.

Neverland @dakoya What I don't get is why Delores brought back Bernard at the end of the season. I feel like she did it for the sake of the plot to have a person fight against her. Also I'm not too big a fan of Daredevil or The Punisher. Daredevil used to be my favorite hero as a kid, but ever since I've seen how dark his life is, I kind of didn't enjoy him as much. Actually all of Netflix's Marvel themed shows are kind of dark based on kind of dark characters (or more realistic), which is prob. why I'm not too much of a fan. I think I prefer the shining heroes who never give up and don't have the grit in them.

CAC @cac I guess she did just to see how the 2 of them will do in the real world, I'm not sure. I'd have to rewatch the last ep to give you a better answer lol. Oh I see, I'm the opposite, I like them dark and gritty. Just like the Sabina teenage witch remake they just did, it was really good, but all dark and bloody.

Neverland @dakoya Not gonna lie, that sounds kind of sick. In a good way. I guess that's a good example of how sometimes it's not all bad to tread on the darker side of things. At least for me. I haven't seen it yet, but the trailers are interesting. Netflix is starting to become like Amazon and dominating its particular market. Do you think uber or lift will do the same worldwide? I'm just curious cuz I read some articles about taxi drivers in S. Korea having demonstrations and protests against uber-type services in their country. Honestly I'd find it convenient and maybe even safer b/c you can track them through the app. Plus it's something familiar so it'd be easy to use in other countries.

CAC @cac I think in some countries they still don't allow them. I use them sometimes and like them, it's very convenient.

Neverland @dakoya I feel the same. Since I'm living on my own w/out a car in the States it's hard to do grocery shopping and the like w/out a car, so I'm thankful for their service. On a side note, what are your thoughts on kids, ever want to have any? I only ask b/c I just found out I have a new nephew :-)

CAC @cac I don't drive either, speaking of groceries, I have a place that I order them online and have them delivered, lazy as fuck lol. I hate kids, but at the same time I bet I'll regret having no one when I'm old. So the right girl might change my mind.

Neverland @dakoya I've only tried one of those services once. I might have to try again tomorrow since I'm low on groceries. I hope you can meet the right one holmes. I guess that goes for me as well lol. Do you do much cooking then? Wondering if you live alone then? I've been living on my own for just a bit and I never realized cooking takes so much time. ~_~. Nowadays I prefer to do food prep when possible. So far my diet is shit and it shows in my health xd.

CAC @cac Yeah it's just me and my cat. No I don't know how to cook so I eat stuff that's bad for me mostly...

Neverland @dakoya Well I guess that makes both of us holmes. I hope to do better once I get a job and finish school. Maybe then I'll hit the gym too. I kind of hate always being out of breath when I do extensive activities. I feel like my body limits me from achieving some of my dreams.

CAC @cac About all I do is work and anime. I wish I could work out but my body sucks because of things. I'll just be fat...

Neverland @dakoya Oh, do you have health issues too? I have a really bad back, which makes walking or standing for 10-15mins excruciating painful. Don't worry about it too much holmes. You aren't alone :). If we actually lived near each other, it would be cool to work out together. I find working out w/ others can be fun. I've always mainly worked out alone and it can be quite draining >.>... Do you not have any dreams to go camping or traveling the world?

CAC @cac To travel the world someday would be awesome, but I don't have the money. Yeah my body has issues.

Neverland @dakoya Well, maybe you can look for other options. It's never too late to find a solution to the problem. Man, even that bubble boy kid traveled the world lol. Old movies xD. I totally forgot about it until just now. It was a pretty good movie for its time :). Now it's reminding me of all those old comedy films like, dude where's my car, bill and ted's adventure and some others. I remember Jim Carey had a lot of cool films like liar liar back then. Him and Adam Sandler were big comedy actors while I was growing up.

CAC @cac I really used to like Adam Sandler, I wish his new stuff was better.

Neverland @dakoya Yep, I remember the wedding singer and 50 first dates, as well billy madison, water boy and happy gilmore. Dang he was in so many things. There aren't too many comedies like that anymore. Most comedies nowadays are a bit over the top or too actiony. I can't even think of a pure comedy film off the top of my head that came out within the last year.

CAC @cac Yeah I don't really watch comedies very much anymore, more action/serious drama/dark stuff now.

Neverland @dakoya Ah, I see. So besides the Punisher what are you watching now? I've always wanted to try watching house of cards and I plan to watch this Korean Zombie show on netflix called kingdom.

CAC @cac Right now I'm watching Gotham, The Magicians, Vikings, Deadly Class, The Grand Tour, The Orville, Star Trek Discovery, Strike Back and The Passage. I seen about Kingdom but I'm tired of zombie stuff.

Neverland @dakoya I don't think I've heard of The Grand Tour or Strike Back and The Passage. The rest I've heard a bit of. And I know what you mean about the zombie stuff, but I don't really watch too many of those. The only zombie shows I used to watch a bit of were the 2 big ones, The Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. So it's not too repetitive for me yet. Do you not watch any cartoons? Back when I had a TV I would sometimes watch Family Guy, The Simpsons and Bob's Burgers. Besides those I like to watch the new Young Justice.

CAC @cac I do watch The Game of Thrones too, never watched the walking dead. Yeah I watch those as background noise a lot. Nah I'm not into Young Justice. For stuff like that I watch anime.

Neverland @dakoya Huh, what about Avatar: The Last Airbender, did you not even watch that?! o.O

CAC @cac Yes actually I watched both of those. Those were very good.

Neverland @dakoya Yep, definitely. It's too bad that M. Night Shaymalan kind of ruined his live action version of the film. If they ever plan to make another remake, hopefully they can do a better job. My favorite episodes were mainly to do w/ the spirit realm, especially during the first avatar's story arc.

CAC @cac I'm sure at some point someone will try to remake it again.

Neverland @dakoya So bro, any plans for V-Day? Seems like some people have some plans on here. I think on that I have an exam, so .... lol.

Neverland @dakoya Nah, didn't happen lol. I got the grade back today, but I don't think it'll matter much anymore. I learned that I wasn't going to be getting the degree that class was required for anyhow - most likely. But well, I'll just keep pushing along. At least I will get my other degree though.You got any plans this weekend bro? I'll be studying for my finals next week.

CAC @cac I see. My only plans are to watch anime, shows, fap and sleep. So no, no plans.

Neverland @dakoya Doesn't sound like a bad weekend. Sounds like what I did as a pubescent teenager lol. On those long summers, that's when I started to miss school again, b/c I was sooo bored out of my mind o.o. Do you ever miss those days, so you'd at least have things to do? Finding some purpose in life can be so difficult.

CAC @cac Even in high school and college that's about all I did. I always made sure to never take work home if I could. But back then I always had a lot more people online to talk to, half friends at most. Then after that I had a gf so I was fine. But yeah now I am bored out of my mind and have no purpose in life.

Neverland @dakoya I guess as older bros it's become difficult to find other friends. That's the issue w/ being an adult and getting older. It seems to be harder and harder to get to know others and relate. Do you mind if I ask what medical issue you have that causes you to not be able to live a more fulfilling life? If you don't want to say, we can discuss.... uhh... food!

CAC @cac I was born with a lot of issues. Mainly that I only have a left arm and I can't walk very well. I have a bad back and right hip. yeah...

Neverland @dakoya Ah man, that totally sucks bro. I can't say that I can relate, I just hope you can make the most of things and not let it hold you back. Seems kind of a taboo subject, so I won't tread too much on it, but I may ask you some questions about it in the future, so I hope you won't mind too much. Just let me know if you don't want to talk about it. .... Anyhow, let's talk about classic American fare. What kind of classic American fare do you think people enjoy the most? Bro, I gotta say that I think people definitely enjoy some fried chicken. One of the best things that ever came out of the south is fried chicken and of course... BBQ ribs! lol. I know Burgers are more a symbol of American fare, but I've never really enjoyed burgers too much ~_~...

CAC @cac Eh you can ask stuff I guess. Those things are good but I do really like burgers lol, deer burgers are awesome, I love deer meat.

Neverland @dakoya Sounds good holmes. Ah, now if you mention venison. Then I'm with you on that. My first time tasting it, it was surprisingly raw. I had thought it was just some really red spices, but nope, the dish I had was raw venison. Didn't taste that great, but eventually I did manage to get some more tasty venison later. That's when I fell in love w/ it, but I've never been able to find out what kind of spices was on that dish. I thus been searching since. My family does have some hunters, but we mainly hunt squirrels, b/c my dad enjoys them and he complains that it's too cold to hunt deer. Someday I hope to go deer hunting on my own or w/ my brothers. I'd also like to try hare/rabbit. I've tried quail and duck before, but they are usually too tough and not as delicious unless you know how to prepare them. Game meat is kind of tough like that just b/c of all the dark meat and the way they have to live.

Neverland @dakoya Oh, I've also been watching Grand Tour and it's funny as heck sometimes! xD.

CAC @cac Oh I couldn't eat any meat raw... I forget what all I've tried but I'm into trying different meats. Yeah TGT is good, I've been watching those guys since they hosted Top Gear.

Neverland @dakoya You're missing out holmes. Lol, well not really. I don't really see the draw of raw foods, but I guess it's a fun thing to try o.O.. I mainly try to enjoy it b/c I know it can be a good survival skill to have, being able to eat raw fish or know which part of the cow is best for tartar or the like. I don't suppose you do any hunting do you? That'd be cool if you did. I also have been a fan of the hosts since Top Gear. I think it was Top Gear that actually got me a bit into cars. I used to kind of think car guys were hyping over some dumb stuff. I mean it's car, what's the point of it being 4 cyl vs 6 cyl or having a v8 and what not. But, I've always been kind of envious of how ppl can fix their own cars, so now i know a bit more. Still gotta work on the mechanic stuff, but it's coming along slowly lol.

CAC @cac Nah hunting would be too hard for me, but I wish I could. I see, I'm really into cars so the show was just really fun for me.

Neverland @dakoya I've seen people hunt w/ disabilities before. Sometimes I was kind of envious cuz they get some awesome equipment lol. Dude I totally forgot why jeremy clarkson got fired from top gear as well o.O... What kind of cars do you like then holmes? I think I saw some of your posts in the car thread as well. But I don't remember off the top of my head.

CAC @cac I'm a fan of old and new cars, as long as their modified it's cool. Lately been into JDM stuff though because of how popular drifting has become.

Neverland @dakoya I feel like their style is kind of flashy. Even though I say that, I do really like those dekotora style in Japan. They're those extremely lit up and flashy semi trucks. They just look so sick for semis o.o lol. Drifting is nice, but it seems more like a street thing. You ever been to a street race? I haven't, I'd be interested, but I feel like it might be kind of boring though ~_~... The first cars I got into were muscle cars and now I'm kind of into rally and touring cars. I may have mentioned I really like the Aston Martin Superleggera right now.

CAC @cac Nah I haven't, about all I've been to is drag racing. Rally looks really cool. You may have but I don't remember lol, Aston Martin's are really nice.

Neverland @dakoya That still sounds pretty cool holmes. I haven't even done that. Does it stink at drag races? I mean from all the tires burning o.O... I don't particularly follow Rally b/c I don't have cable, but whenever it's on, I like to watch it. I like how fast they go on dirt tracks. Plus they usually have a navigator of sorts. I should probably learn more about it lol. Aston Martins 'are' nice, but I hate how the English are always like, "we have posh cars, tally ho" lol. But I guess each nation likes to be prideful of their own car styles/brands. Are you looking forward to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo next year?

CAC @cac I used to be into the Olympics when I was a kid but i'm not into it very much now.

CAC @cac It's a forum. After the adult swim message boards was taken down a bunch of us created a place for us to go. I don't go in there very much now though, but it will always be the internet home.

Neverland @dakoya Oh, sounds pretty interesting. I don't really use message boards or forum boards. I feel like there are too many trolls on those places too many times. Plus I don't really enjoy memes too much.

CAC @cac eh, yeah were just a bunch of people who don't really fit in anywhere else and just shitpost/troll stuff. I grew up on forums/boards, so I like them.

Neverland @dakoya Ah man, trolls always make me think of Inuyashiki. Have you seen it? I always wish I could do what he did and actually kill off the trolls, by tracking them down through the net o.o.. kind of stark, but words can kill and you better be prepared for it lol

CAC @cac Nah it's still winter here sadly. I have a cat, dogs are annoying to me, especially the loud ones.

Neverland @dakoya Has your cat ever attacked you? I prefer dogs, b/c they can potentially protect you and save your life in the wild o.o. Gotta always be prepared for all sorts of situations lol.

CAC @cac Playfully she has. Yeah a dog can sorta, you gotta have a big dog to really protect, then you have to hope the attacker doesn't have a gun/knife because it really doesn't matter at that point.

Neverland @dakoya Ah, well, I was watching some survival documentaries lately and if your dog is smart enough it could get you some help. A cat could do that as well, but it's rarer for them to do so I think. Dude, have you ever gone on the water? Just curious, b/c I'd like to be able to sail or have a small fishing boat or something someday. I think it's fun to just chill on a lake or something.

CAC @cac Yeah I've been on 2 cruise ships and a couple boats, it's really cool.

Neverland @dakoya Dang, what kind of stuff do you do on cruise ships? I feel that they might be kind of boring, even though I want to go on some of them in the future.

CAC @cac Eat bunches of food, relax, drink, see beautiful woman, see stand up comedy, swim, hot tubs and many more things. They always have things going on.

Neverland @dakoya Oh, that doesn't sound so bad.... beautiful women... *drools* lol... Honestly, I'd probably just relax in the hot tubs and visit the islands or places that the cruise ship stops at. Those would be fun, I just wouldn't want to get left behind T.T lol...

CAC @cac Yeah going on the islands is cool, but I'm more for staying on the ship, they are like a mobile resort. Plus doing a lot of walking is hard for me.

Neverland @dakoya That would make sense. How is the food on the ship? Do they have any 24/7 services? I think it'd be awesome to just come out at night and enjoy the stars sometimes, unless there are too many lights onboard ~_~

CAC @cac There is always food and the ships I've been on have had amazing food, but I can't say for all. Yeah going around the ship in the middle of the night is the best time because there's only like half the people around and no kids.

Neverland @dakoya That sounds pretty awesome bro. I think it could be kind of fun to be stranded for a bit w/ people on a cruise ship lol. Oh, I've seen in the news how epidemics can spread on Cruises, b/c there are so many people, but they're all compact together o.o... Have you ever thought about moving to a new place on your own?

CAC @cac Yeah getting sick on a ship I've heard of, hasn't happened to me yet but I can see why. Yeah moving to a new place and starting over would be cool, but actually doing it, the money it would take, finding a new house and job, that's a lot of anxiety that I don't think I could take. The weeb in me would love to stay in Japan for a while but I have a hard time doing things alone.

Neverland @dakoya Oh yea, that might be tough. I watched a video about living in Japan w/ just a wheel chair and it seems like Japan isn't very friendly towards disabled peeps. When I was younger there were times where I wished that I could have one of those mechanized wheel chair. My longest lasting friend had one and I was always a bit jealous of that lol. I guess I thought it'd be cool to have it b/c as a fat kid, my ankles and feet hurt a lot when I was on my feet for longer than 4 hours. Good thing this didn't happen much, but I do remember I always hated and enjoyed going to the Hmong New Year fest b/c of it lol.

CAC @cac At one time I had an electric wheelchair for going long distances, it was really fun to screw with lol. I broke it lots of time. But now I just walk slowly.

CAC @cac That's hard to say because it answers a lot of questions, but the first season was awesome. You'll have to watch and judge for yourself.

CAC @cac Not really, just going to my parents place and being bored.

Neverland @dakoya Eh, it's all good mate, I rather a person be who they are than put up a front. I can kind of relate since I have a huge family and growing up we didn't celebrate xmas until my older siblings became adults and had jobs. Of course all we ever really got were clothes for a while until maybe 4-5yrs back? The only thing I don't get is the asshole thing though. Is your family really that disfunctional?

CAC @cac It's probably more like I have a hard time putting up with people, idk really.
