I have long been into anime/manga since I was child when my family was stationed out in Japan with the Air Force. I have viewed/read see many types of anime/manga genres and like mecha, comedy, action, sci-fi, magical girls and other types. I have been to plenty of anime conventions on the East Coast such as Otakon and down South such as Anime Weekend Atlanta. It's always great to talk and meet people about anime/manga because many times you will come across something you may have not seen or read. It's also great that you get pass along new information that you might have missed if you passed up the opportunity to communicate with someone who has the same interest.
