Failure is necessary for long term success. What's more important is if you learned something from it. Winning/succeeding all the time makes a person careless, arrogant or fragile. In my upcoming project I plan on failing quickly so I can find out what works and what doesn't. ^^

My worst fear is failure. I'm such an insufferable perfectionist with a ridiculous side effect of Imposter Syndrome that failure is not an option.
yuuzora @yuuzora I consider failing not getting a usable result or giving up. I've failed too many times before, that's where the imposter syndrome kicks in. It's like a nightmare, but you're awake the whole time. :,)
