I love this anime but (T-T) I truly need help I have basic plot done but the last few episodes lost me.
Is the manga out in the US?

Not sure about the manga being available but to understand baccano you need to watch it through two or three times and take notes non linear story telling is something else. And if you like Baccano give Durarara a try.

Studing anime now I wish that was a college acredited course I think I could easily get a masters in anime a manga study.
