Confessions

I have the opposite problem. Me and my girlfriend don't have much time to talk to each other in the first place and we both know that neither of us know how to end a relationship and our relationship feels awkward, as if it's not how it should be. Also I'm having to worry about what she means in all of her skype statuses etc. because she likes to roleplay and seems to enjoy the romance genre, and her statuses say romantic stuff but I don't know whether she's directing it at me, someone else, or its to do with a roleplay. How do you do a reverse confession of sorts? Because the relationship looks to be on its last legs anyway

I take my time, but I do let somebody know if I like them or not. I generally look for tone or body language to see if they have interest first, however. I've done everything from letters, to poetry, to just telling them in person. Unfortunately, like many, I face a lot of rejection. But, eh, cest la vie.

Of course I would, when I feel ready and I believe the time is right to do it - I'll confess no problem. I confessed to someone the other day, got rejected and moved on. You have to let them know, whether it's the result you want or not otherwise you're just going to regret it.

@Teslan - Don't worry buddy, as long as you always have the nuts to confess you'll eventually find someone at some point.

@sun It's a memorable quote from one of my fav authors. Tyler asked what I was really fighting. What Tyler says about the crap and the slaves of history, that's how I felt. I wanted to destroy something beautiful I'd never have. Burn the Amazon rain forests. Pump chlorofluorocarbons straight up to gobble the ozone. Open the dump valves on supertankers and uncap offshore oil wells. I wanted to kill all the fish I couldn't afford to eat, and smother the French beaches I'd never see. I wanted the whole world to hit bottom. Pounding that kid, I really wanted to put a bullet between the eyes of every endangered panda that wouldn't screw to save its species and every whale or dolphin that gave up and ran itself aground.

I can't even confess if I like someone anymore I'm very shy or lack the confidence to tell someone I can't even drop hints :/
